Warranty for all our products
If any GOODS sold by the SELLER are or become faulty or defective by reason only of the use of defective materials or faulty workmanship within a period of forty-eight hours from signed receipt, the SELLER will then at their cost replace the GOODS with an equivalent replacement or repair.
In all circumstances the SELLER warrants their GOODS for all supplied parts and labour for a period of 12 months excluding refurbished Laptop batteries* from the date of signed receipt (unless extended warranties agreed) subject to the above criteria being satisfied, after forty-eight hours and up to the twelfth month.
The BUYER is responsible for all carriage charges.
The SELLER is not responsible for any loss of data on the hard drive in the machine whilst the machine is in transit or at our repair centre, and therefore, the SELLER requires that the hard drive be backed up before the GOODS are returned. GOODS manufactured by other third party companies and supplied by the SELLER are subject to their own terms of contract and warranty and the SELLER cannot be held responsible for their warranty obligations. All other warranties, conditions and statements expressed or implied statutory or otherwise are excluded. Subject to the aforesaid the SELLER shall be under no liability in contract or in tort for any loss, damage, death or injury arising directly or indirectly out of the supply or use of the GOODS to the BUYER or any third party.
*LAPTOP BATTERIES
Refurbished laptop batteries are not covered by the warranty, as these are consumable items.
